The delivery is entirely free from 80 € of purchase (Valid only for the Metropolitan France, and Monaco)

LEZ' ARTINAUTES uses the french postal services to carry out
the sending of your parcels, in colissimo. We commit ourselves to treat and be dispatching
your order within 1 and 3 working days after reception of your payment and confirmation of order.

The amount of your expenses of delivery remains visible on all the levels of your order, and before even validating it definitively.
LEZ' ARTINAUTES declines any responsibility as for lengthening
delivery periods because of the conveyor, in particular in the event of loss of
products, of bad weather or strike.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the good of
order and only on the geographical areas that we serve (Metropolitan France, European Union, and DOM-TOM). LEZ' ARTINAUTES could not be held for person in charge in the event of loss of parcel due to provides
RECEPTION OF the GOODS BY the PURCHASER
Control parcel by the purchaser
All the products leave our buildings in perfect state. We strongly recommend to you to announce to the conveyor or the factor, the least small trace of shock (Holes, traces of crushing etc.) on the parcel, and to refuse the parcel if necessary. It will then be turned back to us and a new identical product will be returned to you without expenses.
The exchange of very produced declared, after delivery, damaged during transport, without no reserve being issued with the reception of the parcel, could not be dealt with.
At all events, contact us so that we can find a solution together.
Control contents of the parcel by the purchaser
In the event of nonconformity of the product in accordance with the purchase order validated beforehand by the purchaser, this one will have the very same day to formulate a complaint at LEZ' ARTINAUTES of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, by email with lezartinautes@orange.fr
Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and in
time limits could not be taken into account and will release company LEZ' ARTINAUTES of any responsibility with respect to the purchaser.
In the event of error of delivery or exchange, very produced to exchange or refund will have to be turned over to LEZ' ARTINAUTES as a whole and in its packing of origin in impeccable state with: LEZ' ARTINAUTES - 9, rue Clémence Isaure - 31860 LABARTHE ON LEZE - France
To be accepted, any return will have to be announced and to have the prior agreement of LEZ' ARTINAUTES, which in the event of agreement will reforward the parcel as soon as possible.
The expenses of sendings in this case are with the load of LEZ' ARTINAUTES, except in
case where it would prove that the product concerned with the request for exchange or of
return is ascribable with an error of order emanating from the purchaser.
CAUTION: By respect of the royalties and to fight against photo inopportune copying, the books neither are taken again nor exchanged.
RETRACTATION
The purchasers, nonprofessional natural persons, profit from a time of seven days retractation as from the delivery of their order will be able to proceed to the return of the product to company LEZ' ARTINAUTES for exchange or refunding without penalty. The expenses of sending and return will not be able to in no case to be the subject of a refunding. Beyond this time, no complaint could be taken into account. |
